1. Open up a new document. I'll be making mine 447 x 45
2. If you'd rather have a transparent document, you can just make a new layer and delete the background. Now, go to your text tool, ( the 'T' tool. ) and type whatever you want. Mine looks like this:

3. Now, go to Layer > Layer Style > Bevel and Emboss. A window will then pop up. Match your settings to mine:

(You can change that purple color on the bottom to any color you like, it doesn't matter haha. Originally, it'll show up as black.)
4. Now click ok, and you're finished. Your text should look something like this:
